Whatever Happened to the Baby?

I know everyone's been buzzing about the status of the MSR, but it just suddenly occurred to me that if they're going to bring back the two of them, I would hope to know what happened to William! The likelihood of such an event happening in the plot is slim, but don't you want to know how their kid is doing? He must be a few years old now.
